Talk to the studioScope & responsibility
Executive desks, meeting and boardroom tables, seating, storage and lighting. Published catalogue pieces are made to order; configurations and Atelier commissions are agreed with the studio.
Layout, material and finish direction, furniture, lighting and architectural integration are considered together. A single room or a group of leadership spaces can form the brief.
Power, data, AV, acoustics, wall systems and other architectural work need a written responsibility schedule. Your architect, PMC and specialist contractors remain part of that coordination.
A complete environment is a design approach, not an automatic full-office fit-out contract. Civil work, HVAC, fire systems, ceilings, flooring and third-party equipment must be expressly included or assigned to others.
The commissioning sequence
10–14 weeks is the published production lead after specification and advance. Your complete programme also includes design decisions, approvals, transport and installation, agreed against the site and opening date.
Identify the rooms, location, target opening date, investment range and appointed team. Confirm serviceability, project scope and the information needed for a proposal.
Understand the person and the room. Review measurements, access, daylight, visitors, working comfort, confidential storage and technology. Compare design directions before committing.
Agree dimensions, finishes, upholstery, drawings, site interfaces and samples required for approval. The written quotation states scope, charges, payment stages, validity and cancellation terms.
The published made-to-order production lead is 10–14 weeks from confirmed specification and advance. Briefing, design approvals, delivery and installation need their own allowance; this is not the total project duration.
Confirm site readiness, access, delivery and installation arrangements against your location. Phasing, occupied-office work and any special handling must be agreed for the project.
Agree the installation checks, snag process, care information and warranty records in the project plan. Ask the studio to confirm repair, spare-part and maintenance arrangements for the selected pieces.
Investment & appointments
Every figure is given in a written quotation. Share a budget range for feasibility; it is not an order, a tariff or an obligation to proceed.
Appointments, presentations, sample reviews and factory visits are arranged personally, subject to availability. Ask for the appropriate viewing location; the registered office is not a walk-in showroom.
For your drawing set & procurement file
Corporate projects teams can request a submission directly. Architects retain their separate practice-access route.
Request evidence for the exact products and scope. Certifications, environmental ratings, reference installations, response times and spare-part availability require confirmation; none are implied by a design description.
Before you begin
Rvvardé focuses on leadership spaces, furniture and lighting. Share a wider office brief with the studio to establish the exact scope and partners. Do not assume general workplace fit-out or building services are included.
The studio prepares a written quotation against the actual dimensions, pieces, finishes, integration and site conditions. No approved complete-room tariff is published. You can state your investment range for feasibility without accepting a price or making a payment.
The published made-to-order production lead alone is 10–14 weeks after confirmed specification and advance. A six-week opening should not be assumed feasible. Ask the studio about your exact deadline before proceeding with design.
Yes. Rvvardé works with architects and project teams. Registered practices have a separate technical-access route; corporate clients can contact the studio directly without registering as an architect.
Request a private presentation or material review with the studio. The location, available pieces, samples, charges and appointment are confirmed personally. The registered office is not advertised as a walk-in showroom.
Ask for company information, a project-specific technical submission, material documentation, applicable product tests, references and service arrangements. Certification, sustainability ratings and completed-project claims should only be relied on when supporting documents are supplied.
Use an initial brief with only the information needed to establish fit. Before sharing security-sensitive drawings, request an agreed transfer method and any NDA your organisation requires. See the privacy policy for the website’s data handling.
The location, rooms, project stage, opening date and appointed architect are enough for an initial conversation. Your assistant or projects team can coordinate the next steps; there is no need to finish a digital design interview first.
