Prices and quotations
Prices shown on this site are starting prices for the standard finish library and exclude GST, delivery and installation. Every figure becomes final only in a written quotation against your confirmed specification — dimensions, finish, upholstery and site conditions. Quotations state their own validity period.
Design directions
Directions composed in the Design Your Office conversation are design intent, not a contract or a final price. They become a commitment only when a specification is confirmed and a quotation is accepted.
Orders and payment
Made-to-order and configured pieces enter production against the advance stated in your quotation. Payment schedules, and any cancellation terms, are stated per order before you confirm.
Lead time
Made-to-order pieces are produced on a 10–14 week lead from confirmed specification and advance. Delivery windows are confirmed per order.
Materials
Timber and veneer are natural materials — grain, figure and tone vary from piece to piece and deepen with time. This variation is the nature of the material, not a defect.
