Scope to establish
Furniture & lighting
Executive desks, meeting and boardroom tables, seating, storage and lighting. Published catalogue pieces are made to order; configurations and Atelier commissions are agreed with the studio.
The leadership environment
Layout, material and finish direction, furniture, lighting and architectural integration are considered together. A single room or a group of leadership spaces can form the brief.
Project interfaces
Power, data, AV, acoustics, wall systems and other architectural work need a written responsibility schedule. Your architect, PMC and specialist contractors remain part of that coordination.
Scope agreed before appointment
A complete environment is a design approach, not an automatic full-office fit-out contract. Civil work, HVAC, fire systems, ceilings, flooring and third-party equipment must be expressly included or assigned to others.
Commissioning programme
1. Brief & feasibility
Identify the rooms, location, target opening date, investment range and appointed team. Confirm serviceability, project scope and the information needed for a proposal.
2. Direction & spatial reading
Understand the person and the room. Review measurements, access, daylight, visitors, working comfort, confidential storage and technology. Compare design directions before committing.
3. Specification & quotation
Agree dimensions, finishes, upholstery, drawings, site interfaces and samples required for approval. The written quotation states scope, charges, payment stages, validity and cancellation terms.
4. Production
The published made-to-order production lead is 10–14 weeks from confirmed specification and advance. Briefing, design approvals, delivery and installation need their own allowance; this is not the total project duration.
5. Delivery & installation
Confirm site readiness, access, delivery and installation arrangements against your location. Phasing, occupied-office work and any special handling must be agreed for the project.
6. Handover & care
Agree the installation checks, snag process, care information and warranty records in the project plan. Ask the studio to confirm repair, spare-part and maintenance arrangements for the selected pieces.
Published care & delivery commitments
Made-to-order production: 10–14 weeks from confirmed specification and advance. Delivery and installation across India are subject to PIN-code serviceability and a project quotation.
Five-year structural warranty on frames and joinery; two years on finishes, upholstery and integrated components. Misuse and site alterations are excluded. See the current warranty policy for details.
Documents to request for your appointment
Ask the studio for the company documents, product drawings, finish/sample approvals, project references, applicable test reports, sourcing evidence, insurance and service arrangements required by your organisation.
