Warranty
Five-year structural warranty on frames and joinery; two years on finishes, upholstery and integrated components. The warranty excludes misuse and site alterations. A warranty claim begins with a photograph and a note to the studio.
Delivery & installation
White-glove delivery and installation across India by the Rvvardé team or certified partners. Serviceability is confirmed by PIN code before an order is finalised; delivery and installation are quoted with your specification, never discovered afterwards.
Lead time
Made-to-order pieces are produced on a 10–14 week lead from confirmed specification and advance. Briefing, design approvals, delivery and installation are planned alongside the production period. The total programme is confirmed for your scope and site before commitment.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills immediately; avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners. Keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight. A yearly conditioning of exposed timber by our care team keeps the finish at its best.
