Warranty
Five-year structural warranty on frames and joinery; two years on finishes, upholstery and integrated components. The warranty excludes misuse and site alterations. A warranty claim begins with a photograph and a note to the studio.
Delivery & installation
White-glove delivery and installation across India by the Rvvardé team or certified partners. Serviceability is confirmed by PIN code before an order is finalised; delivery and installation are quoted with your specification, never discovered afterwards.
Lead time
Made-to-order pieces are produced on a 10–14 week lead from confirmed specification and advance.
Care
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Wipe spills immediately; avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners. Keep pieces out of prolonged direct sunlight. A yearly conditioning of exposed timber by our care team keeps the finish at its best.
