What you share stays in the studio.
What we collect
When you begin a design conversation, request the catalogue, register a practice or write to the studio, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, city, and the substance of your project — the brief you describe, and any plans, photographs or references you choose to share.
Why we collect it
To compose your design direction, respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and presentations, and — only where you have given consent — to follow up by email or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it outside Rvvardé and the service providers who operate this site on our behalf.
Plans, photographs and files
Files you share are used solely to design your environment. They are stored on secure infrastructure, accessible only to the Rvvardé team working on your project, and deleted on request.
Design conversations on this site
The Design Your Office conversation runs in your browser and is saved on your device until you choose to share it with us. Nothing you type reaches the studio until you provide your details or ask us to take the project forward.
Your choices
You may ask at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Consent to follow-up can be withdrawn with a single reply. Write to the studio and it will be done.
