Policy on Manufacturing Defects
Every Rvvardé piece undergoes meticulous inspection to ensure it meets our highest standards before delivery. However, in the rare instance that a manufacturing defect is identified at the time of delivery, we offer the following resolutions:
- Replacement: The defective product will be replaced with a new piece of identical specifications.
- Custom Remake: For bespoke orders, we will create a new product according to the original design and specifications provided by the customer.
Important Notes:
- Claims for defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Replacement or remakes will adhere to the original design and materials of the order.
- This policy does not cover damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or natural wear and tear.
